I have launched this platform to address a persistent issue that has unfortunately gone unchecked for far too long. Despite efforts made, individuals like DeGroot continue to operate with impunity, using intimidation tactics to silence dissent and criticism.

It's alarming to witness how often DeGroot employs threats of legal action, even against review platforms themselves, to suppress voices of concern. This behavior is not only concerning but also indicative of deeper issues. DeGroot's actions reflect a classic narcissistic pattern, where he believes he is always right and everyone else is wrong. He becomes enraged when someone wants to share information and facts about him, despite freely engaging in similar actions against others.

While it may seem disheartening that such individuals persist in their harmful behaviors, I refuse to be a passive bystander. My mission is to create a united front against such behavior by gathering and sharing stories. Every narrative shared adds strength to our collective voice and potentially shields others from similar experiences.

My encounter with DeGroot began innocently enough – a simple request for an update on a placed order. However, the response was far from ordinary, as I found myself blamed, antagonized, blocked and thoroughly bewildered. 

Simply put, I placed an order but never received it. Unfortunately, the website and its owner do not provide a phone number or email for direct contact. So, I turned to their online chat for assistance. I asked for a tracking number and was wrongly blamed for mishandling my own order. When I questioned the additional fees, I was abruptly informed that I was blacklisted. Upon attempting to reply to this unfair treatment, I found myself blocked from the chat.

Determined to resolve the issue, I contacted my credit card company, which rightfully sided with me, leading to a refund. However, the saga didn't end there. Despite being blocked from the chat, I received an email notification and learned that I had been labeled a "Random Baddie" and accused of theft. To make matters worse, the owner threatened to doxx me on other sites, citing their Terms and Conditions as justification for this unethical behavior. You can include pretty much whatever you want in your Terms and Conditions agreement. However, there are certain clauses that the courts won't enforce because they are considered to be "unfair" or "unconscionable." Some Terms and Conditions agreements contain an "exclusion of liability" clause.

In essence, this situation is clear-cut: I paid for a product I never received, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, DeGroot resorted to aggressive and malicious tactics. It's disappointing and shameful behavior. Despite the straightforward nature of the situation, DeGroot refuses to acknowledge his wrongdoing or consider the consequences of his actions. This leads me to believe that he derives some perverse pleasure from causing distress to others.

One thing is certain: I feel a profound sense of vindication for myself and others who have confronted DeGroot.

I refuse to succumb to bullying and aim to encourage others to stand up for themselves. While some may argue for apathy, I believe it is precisely this attitude that allows such malice to thrive in our society.

Research has unveiled that Franciscus Andreas DeGroot, aka Frank, has been assuming the identity of Sarah Vaughter to commit various online crimes, including doxxing, slandering, libeling, cyberbullying, and threats of lawsuits. I am committed to amassing evidence and presenting it to expose this behavior, ensuring that justice prevails.
